Technologist/Technical Support - PowerBI
Based in Desford a Technologist/Technical Support is required on a 6 months contract to work for one of the world's leading manufacturers of off-highway machinery and diesel engines.
up to £22 per hour (Umbrella)
This position is an opportunity for an office based technical support role to join the global technical team in Desford.
Overview:
- Liaising with engineers to raise and track engineering orders
- Co-ordinating machine reworks vs orders
- Using engineering data (PowerBi, Excel) to help progress engineering releasing through engineering workflow/issue closure
- Updating cost tracking system
- Updating technical file documents
Skills
- Self-starting, proactive, problem solving
- Ability to use applications such as Excel, PowerBi & Other office web-based analysis tools
- General engineering or technical experience with construction or mobile equipment
- Engineering Qualification or HND or technical experience would be an advantage
- Ability to work remotely & flexible working arrangements
