Xpertise have partnered with a client who are recruiting for a Playbook Practitioner to join their Continues improvement team working within their Supply Chain & Logistics operations.
The Playbook Practitioner will support the capture of processes using a defined methodology and reporting into the Playbook Lead for the Supply Chain & Logistics division.
The following experience is essential for the role:
- Previous experience of Process Mapping using either or all of the following; MIFA, Swim Lane, SIPOC, RACI, MDI, 3C
- Experience of working within a Continues Improvement team within a business or organisation
- Previous experience of working within a customer/client facing role
- Engaging and personable with strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Experience of lean tools and methodologies
- A Strong ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Previous experience working within the Manufacturing, Warehouse or Supply Chain & Logistics environments
The following experience is desirable for the role:
- Previous experience in a Project Management role or Project Manager capabilities
- Experience/exposure to MS Visio and MS Office
- Black Belt Lean Six Sigma
