Source to Pay Change Manager
Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Source to Pay Change Manager to work with a key client
PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE REQUIRES 50% TRAVEL TO THE US
The Source to Pay Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring the programme and associates procurement projected (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
The primary responsibility will be implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
While the change manager may not have supervisory responsibility, this person will have to work through many others in the organization to succeed.
The change manager will:
* Assess the change impact
* Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
* Build a Change Network and engage key stakeholders
* Identify people from all markets to build and coordinate a strong change network to gain support for initiatives and maximise adoption
* Support training efforts
* Provide input into the training needs analysis based on outcomes of the change impact assessments
* Monitor business readiness
* Working with the wider change team, define key business readiness metrics, track, monitor and look for proactive solutions to combat challenges.
* Support communication efforts
* Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
Skills and Qualifications:
* A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
* Familiarity with Procurement processes
* Experience of managing change in large-scale organizational and or ERP implementations change efforts
* Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent active listening skills
* Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
* Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
* Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
* Problem solving and root cause identification skills
* Change management certification or designation desired
