Description
The task will be to make sure that all subprojects within a very important program are correctly and timely released in a coordinated fashion.
The areas of responsibility will be: Ensure end to end planning and coordinated communication between all Scrum Teams and Shared Teams throughout the project life cycle. Develop and maintains budgets and financial commitments for releases. Remover impediments impaction across scrum and shared teams. Derive the process, cadence and ceremonies across Scrum and Shared Teams. Server as the communication liaison between the Scrum Masters and Shared Services teams, Project Managers and stakeholders. Ensure team estimate are efficiently derived and communicated to the Program.
