One of the UK's Global Intelligence Technology consultancies is currently looking for an experienced SC Cleared Service Analyst to work closely with their Government client.
You would be responsible for all Problem Management activities to ensure Customer Satisfaction targets are met.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the ITIL life cycle and have excellent organisational skills to manage daily priorities.
Key Skills:
*Excellent organisational skills to manage priorities and ensure focus is placed on necessary areas and targets are met within an appropriate timeframe
*Strong oral and written communication skills
*Experience working in service desk environment previously
*Experience and knowledge of ITIL life cycle (Certification is a bonus)
*Ability to report on performance and provide recommendations for improvements
