IT Security Project Manager M&A

My client is looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager in Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures (MA&D) Security. They will support divestiture projects across Europe ensuring that security standards are maintained for the duration of the carve-out process. This role will track and report on progress as these business units away from the corporate ISRM tools and services currently utilized. The role requires a broad general understanding of IT. systems and an active interest in cybersecurity. They will help to ensure the delivery of overall program management, master schedule, reporting, program dashboarding, communications, handling escalations from non-security teams, program finance reporting, writing RFPs, proof of concept coordination, procurement coordination, contract management and Agile Product Owner.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, track and own schedules and detailed project plans
  • Support project work streams across various stages of the divestiture life cycle
  • Effectively work in cross-functional, diverse team environments, including members of business/functional staff and external vendors
  • Monitor the ISRM pipeline of key security activities to identify opportunities for integration and/or manage potential risks
  • Be able to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Support the analysis and development of change management strategies to enable successful project deployments
  • Communicate effectively to and influence stakeholders across multiple levels
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships through individual contacts and group meetings
  • Act as an ambassador and change agent for ISRM with project stakeholders throughout planning and implementation phases
  • Works with the ISRM Work Stream Leader to understand project priorities and upcoming tasks, address program backlog with team and plan changes
  • Defines and develops user stories and acceptance criteria utilizing team input
  • Attends daily stand up
  • Collaborates with team in delivery planning
  • Works with the team on upcoming tasks to identify risks and dependencies
  • Approves and accepts deliverables
