Job Title: Marketing Manager
Pay: £355-£450 via umbrella
Length: Initially 3 months, most likely to be extended
Location: 100% Remote
A fantastic opportunity with a well-known financial services brand to develop the full marketing function in a varied role, including; front and back-book, brand, marketing services, retail marketing, and digital marketing.
This role is fully remote and open to anyone across the UK.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and hands-on marketing manager with experience in the insurance space.
Responsibilities:
- Creatively contribute and develop Marketing Plans for the insurance space
- Understand the businesses product portfolio to best understand B2C strategy
- Evaluate marketing campaigns and act on data led insights accordingly
- Liaise with a range of stakeholders (customers, colleagues, suppliers, partner organisations), building successful relationships across the business
- Manage budgets and project plans
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Ideally, experience in an Insurance marketing position
- Proactive attitude with the ability to hit the ground running in a new role is essential
- Experience in B2C marketing roles
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Track Record of managing external agencies successfully
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to use data to optimise campaigns
