I am looking for a contractor to join a leader in Higher Education, on a 12 month contract. Extensions will be offered if you are looking for something long-term. Due to NDA I cannot share much on here, however, if the below snapshot of required skills match you, please reach out and I'll introduce you to the team to find out more.
- Modern application development and integration approaches (APIs, microservices, messaging and event driven architecture etc)
- Modern application development patterns (CQRS, event sourcing)
- Application and database change data capture and data replication - challenges, approaches and tools
- Various technologies required to ingest, aggregate/transform and provision data for consumption via APIs
- Real Time data integration and provisioning
- NoSQL databases
- SAP and Microsoft technology stack in the database, integration and security domains
- Data liberation patterns to extract data from Legacy applications and data sources such as events, data replication (query-, log- and table-based)
- Knowledge of Ingres database

Background should be Digital Transformation. Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (Adobe, Sitecore etc.) plus that of CRM systems (Pega, Microsoft, Salesforce) and how these work together to transform the customer experience.
This person is technical bias working within either IT or Digital teams, as either a Solutions Architect or Digital Transformation Solution Architect. In this role, they will be working with the IT team with the client Lead Architect, Integration Manager and also Data teams. To help determine phasing of different technologies. So experience with DXP's (Adobe, Sitecore etc.) important as is CRM (in this case ideally Salesforce) plus experience with Azure cloud.
