Description
I am currently recruiting for a Problem/Change Manager to join a NHS Trust based in Essex, on an initial 3 month contract, paying up to £250 a day (inside IR35).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in managing/maintaining incident/problem management processes
- Manage change process ensuring that any changes are reviewed, communicated and delivered safely into a live environment
- Chair Change Advisory Board
- Manage any major incidents and act as the liaison between BAU/Infrastructure Teams
- Provide trend analysis, root cause analysis and reporting
- Recommend and implement solutions to ongoing problems/trending incidents
SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED:
- Recent NHS experience with knowledge of NHS Systems
- ITIL certified and proven IT Service Management experience.
- Broad range of technical skills required covering Service Desk, Telephony, Network and Server support
