Project Manager SC CLEARED
Lorien Global have partnered up with a Global IT service provider.
We are actively recruiting a security cleared Project Manager to work on an initial 3 month contract, with opportunity of a 12 month Extension.
This role will be working on site based in Basingstoke 5 days a week.
Role Purpose:
- We are looking for SC cleared project manager to deliver business as usual (BAU) proven solutions that need project management. Your role will be accountable and responsible for confirming Requirements with the Client Authority (CA) on receipt of the request.
Key Accountabilities:
- Engaging with the required resolver groups to brief and schedule a site survey if required
- Ensuring the survey outputs are documented and handed over to the CSA to create the Impact Assessment (IA)
- Reviewing the IA as part of the review process
- Creating the P&L and managing it to ensure the project is on Budget and making required margin
- Raising PO's for Bill of Material (BOM) and 3rd party costs
- Creating the delivery plan (template provided) to ensure time frames are kept
- Ensure the Design Packs are completed
- responsible the ECR process 1 to 5 is followed
Key experience required:
- End to end responsibility of managing assigned projects to closure in line with defined baseline and cost
- Risk management
- Scope management
- Change management
- Stakeholder management
- JSP604 governance (SRR, LSRB, R&D, ORR, iATO, ATO) (Desirable)
- Levels of experience from simple to complex projects
Desirable Skills Required
- Have experience of Transition and Transformation Project Management
- MS Project Server experience
- Prince 2 or MSP Practitioner
- Must be skilled in all forms of communication, at all levels within an organisation
