Job title: Engagement Change Manager
Location: Hybrid working from home & Luton (2-3 days per week)
Daily rate: c£550 Umbrella
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Duration: 5 months

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engagement Change Manager (BCM) to work on implementing a new Health and Wellbeing services programme into a prestigious and well-respected organisation.

This is not a Project Manager role; your CV should demonstrate change and communications management experience in defining, planning, delivering and measuring the effectiveness of change. Identify impacts by community - use impacts identified to drive proactive communication & engagement. Experience working with subject matter experts and internal comms to build communication material, complete end-user measurement surveys and build transition plan (transition to BAU and hyper-care plan)

As a Business Change Manager you will act as a bridge into the business operation to identify, assess and embed change in a way that will optimise benefits and realise the agreed outcomes of a change programme. Plan and manage the engagement with stakeholders to secure the delivery of the required outputs, responsible for the quality and timeliness of the delivery. Maintains an accurate suite of project documentation throughout the project, including plans and deliverables (ensuring they are aligned with the programme's aims and objectives). Escalates issues when required to the Programme Manager, ensuring at all times that options are proposed to mitigate areas of concern.
Communication Management - preparing a Communications Strategy, Plan, map and manage Stakeholder Engagement. Plan, manage and deliver project communications, both within the project, the wider business and to the stakeholder community. Identify and introduce effective communication methods, tools, vehicles, approaches.

Key skill set required
Experience managing and delivering transformational business change project
Must have experience in change, creation of communications and engagement interventions
Ideally come from a strong FMCG, Retail or Ecommerce industry sector background
Experience of working with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritise business requirements and the appropriate suite of solutions
Confident at holding stakeholders and project team to account - ensuring project requirements are met, issues resolved, successes recognised.
Ability to oversee project and business requirements, call out risks and issues and ensure the teams understand what deliverables (and standards) are required to achieve success
Works with high energy and encourages the team to be at their best.
Can work with complex problems or conflicting priorities, with experience
Excellent relationship management skills, with internal stakeholders of all levels in additional to external partners
Strong communication skills
Exceptional experience with sound commercial acumen
Excellent IT systems knowledge and experience
