We are looking for SAP SFSF EC Consultant (Success factors – Employee Central) in Vietnam

Start date : ASAP
Duration: 6 months plus expectations

Location: Bac Ninh, Vietnam

Job Description
SF modules–
• SAP SuccessFactors- Employee Central(EC) Exp is must
• Vietnam Localization experience is must
• Implementation of Employee Central. Global footprint already exists and this is an implementation of a new country to an already existing global system.
• Configuration will mostly consist of adding local Vietnam fields, translations, workflows, permissions etc.
Primary Skill:
• Project as described by customer » Implementation at Vietnam for Employee Central.- Ideally a local onsite resource. Comapny don’t have any local Vietnamese employees at this time so they are going to be relying on the consultant to help educate them on local requirements. For example, standard government reporting requirements. This will help them determine what local fields will be needed in Employee Central. In addition, they need someone to help us with translations.
• 6-8 years related development project working experience
• Organization Structure–Foundation objects–Legal Entity,BusinessUnit,Division,Department,CostCentre,Location,etc.
• Position Management–Position org chart, vacancy management, position creation/update workflows
• Employee Master Data–Capture employee related all information–like personal, job information, Compensation information and all other related employee information
• Employee Life Cycle Transactions–Employee life cycle events and events reason with workflows and notifications with effective dated
• Employee Self Service–Employees to update their data with approval process
• Manager Self Service–Managers to request change on employee’s job information with approval workflow
• Time-off–Employees to apply leave, view team and peer absence calendar, leave request workflows, Work schedules, holiday calendar, Time off configurations.
• Role Based Permissions–Permission to different roles to perform different actions on employee
• Document Generator ((HR letters) – Generate different types of documents for employee as per different life cycle events
• Workflow’s emailers and Notifications
• Reports and Dashboard–All standard reports and Dashboards.
