Description
We are looking for a Salesforce consultant who is able to take on some leadership responsibility whilst also being technical - SFMC is a bonus, but not essential.The contract is entirely remote working with a large pharmaceuticals group.
12 month initial contract

Responsible for implementing technology solutions
Assume the scope of the project based on the requirements gathering (BRD, CCD, prototype, interface & history data loading) and the proposal and contract key elements (scope, deadline, budget, etc.)
Take responsibility for the delivery and quality of projects (application front end or back end, data, releases installation and performance) within expected schedule, resources and quality commitments
Manage issues faced during the project and propose the best solution or workaround based on the analysis of issues/problem
Request allocation of resources and manage their daily work
Follow up the plan of charges/resources, the planning and the quality of deliverables and provide regular and ad hoc reporting on the project status
Provide direct support and develop the project team
Develop and share his knowledge and abilities with entire team
Follow and improve the organization, procedures and tools
