Description

We're currently looking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter on an initial 6 month project working with one of our most innovative and fast-growing E-Commerce clients.

You will play a crucial part within the clients recruiting process by Sourcing candidates, liaising with candidates, interviewing candidates to ultimately close and hire candidates. You will need to be able to inspire and motivate candidates to join the company. You must be passionate about providing a fantastic customer experience and have the desire to learn and grow within the company. You will engage and partner with the internal recruiting partners to understand requirements.

Project details

· Position: Talent Sourcer

· Location: Remote in EU OR Berlin

· Duration of project: 6 months Initial

· Hours: 40 Hours per week

· Potential start date: As Soon As Possible

Responsibilities

· Lead the end to end talent sourcing activities, delivering an efficient and effective service to all involved in the hiring process for FTE and Fixed Term roles.

· Generate candidate flow for all open requisitions utilizing the most effective and cost efficient candidate sourcing methods available

· Screen and refer qualified applicants to Recruiting Partners for interviewing.

· Actively participate in Recruitment related projects of varying complexity, importance and priority.

· Represent the Recruitment team positively in relationships and communication with potential candidates.

· Build a pipeline of future talent for critical roles.

· Support other Talent Acquisition or local HR projects as required.

· Consistently look at ways to streamline and improve our candidate experience and candidate sourcing process

· Impeccable written skills

· Fluent English speaker

· Enjoy a fast-paced working environment

· Sourcing and interview skills

· Strives autonomously as well as in a team

· Creative and innovative thinker

· Previous experience as a technical recruiter

· Experience in stakeholder management and closing offers

· Creating long term sourcing strategies

· Knowledge of LinkedIn and Boolean searches
