We're currently looking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Partner on an initial 6 month project working with one of our most innovative and fast-growing Fintech clients.

You will be the main point of contact to answer any recruitment or delivery questions from HR or line management. You will play a crucial part within the clients recruiting process by Sourcing candidates, liaising with candidates, interviewing candidates to ultimately close and hire candidates. You will need to be able to inspire and motivate candidates to join the company. You must be passionate about providing a fantastic customer experience and have the desire to learn and grow within the company. You will engage and partner with the internal recruiting partners to understand requirements.

Project details

· Position: Global Talent Acquisition Partner

· Location: Remote in EU

· Duration of project: 6 months Initially

· Hours: 40 Hours per week

· Potential start date: As Soon As Possible


* You would need to review hiring plans, operationalize them into hiring demand and resolve right internal and external sourcing tactics and channels

* You would liaise and cooperate closely with local recruitment teams, advise on their delivery, support difficult sourcing missions and mitigate when identifying blocking points to the hiring process

* For selected key positions, you will need to personally build a strong candidate and talent pool, engaging passive and active job searches.

* You must drive a proven portfolio of sourcing tools and methods, using social media, digital career platforms and career events to promote the hiring and employer brand.

* You will (co-)lead strategic Talent Attraction programs ensuring an excellent recruiter and candidate experience, e.g. in Employer Branding, Employee Referrals, Pre- and Onboarding, Search & Selection Tools, Recruitment Marketing Campaigns.

Required Skill set

· Must have 8 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 5 years occupational track-record with a Master's Degree

· Impeccable written skills

· Fluent English speaker

· Enjoy a fast-paced working environment

· Sourcing and interview skills

· Strives autonomously as well as in a team

· Creative and innovative thinker

· Previous experience as a technical recruiter

· Experience in stakeholder management and closing offers

· Creating long term sourcing strategies

· Knowledge of LinkedIn and Boolean searches
