You are going to:
- Coach team members and solve situations
- Help them in improving knowledge;
- Improve communication between members;
- Setup and monitor transparent progress reporting;
- Support the organization, implementing the Agile mindset
Required:
- Previous experience in the field of IAM & Security in a similar role.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence and/ or Miro
- Knowledge of IAM processes and common used applications (nice to have)
- Proficient level in Dutch
