Roles and Responsibilities post joining - Program and Delivery Management
Key responsibilities :
· As an Account Delivery Head (ADH) - Responsible for managing a large customer with XXX people and an annual revenue of XXX Mn customer.
· Ability to work customer with senior leadership (SVP, and above).
· Should be self-driven, Ready to own, identify the risks in advance and plan mitigation, ready to collaborate and get things done despite road blockers, committed and should perform well under demanding deadlines.
· Ability to drive new business initiatives, Address customer escalations, focusing on client’s problems, providing solutions and get higher customer satisfaction.
· Should have strong experience in driving the digital transformation, application modernization strategies for the customer.
· Jointly develop and implement strategies for improved outcome for the engagement.
· Have good understanding of the Delivery Operational parameters and drive them to align to organization norms.
· Plan and Manage Revenue/ Order Book.
· Well versed in project financials - good understanding of Project Financials and key levers that influence profitability.
· Conduct regular delivery reviews to prevent cost and schedule overruns, meet the targets of operational parameters and to enable the delivery teams in ensuring high customer satisfaction.
· Contracts & Commercials – Own the contacts, work on SOWs, commercial closures of SOWs, manage and maintain OM/EM expected, and regular invoicing.
· Responsible for identifying the proactive opportunities, RFP response and support for deal pursuits.
· Constantly motivate, lead and mentor DMs/PGMs and PMs on best practices and guide them for excellence.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Swedish.
· Excellent and proven track record in global accounts specially in European market.
