Location: Fully Remote (Europe)
Rate: €450-€550 per day
About the role!
Our client is looking for an experienced Product Operations Manager to design and harmonize processes across our product domains, that in turn translate into seamless experiences for our customers.
What you will do!
You will support the evolution of our product portfolio by synchronizing our product lifecycle management and daily product operations practices and enabling product teams to build, launch and run outstanding products.
- Design and activate cross-functional practices enabling product teams to harmonize product development, product introduction processes and interactions with partners
- Facilitate adoption of our product lifecycle management practices across our product teams
- Build robust tools, practices and workflows to improve collaboration among product teams and stakeholders
- Manage and align product master data in consultation with product domains
- Be the go-to person in product for one of Sinch's key business transformation initiatives focusing on operational improvements
- Monitor improvements and provide visibility of results
- Drive product governance rituals, to secure alignment, accountability and feedback
About you!
- You will have experience working with product organizations in a product operations or project/program management role.
- You will have had exposure to product development lifecycle and Agile practices and have led cross functional initiatives, influencing to drive business results.
- You are able to build empathy and trust relationships across teams; quickly learn new technologies and efficiently implement them
- You can deliver with enthusiasm in a fast-paced, changing environment and work well independently taking matters into your own hands.
- You will have Program/project management experience, leading strategic and operational initiatives.
- You will be a Business operations and process design expertise
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
