New role! Senior Product Owner based in AmsterdamAs Senior Product Owner you will be responsible for creating maximum business value through optimal customer, driver and employee experiences using web, mobile as well as other digital innovations. Moreover, you will be end2end responsible for products from vision, through all phases to delivery and accountable for the measurable success. The ideal candidate for this role has 5+ years of experience and expertise related to IT, Project Management and managing agile product teams.
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
- With the business owner the product owner defines the success metrics and the value it will deliver.
- Have a vital understanding of the end-to-end customer experience, integrations, and dependencies.
- Owns the product roadmap and work with stakeholders to align it to the strategic goals of the business and the overall product roadmap.
- Collaborate with the Design team to create a value driven user experience.
- Develop scope and define backlog items (Initiative/Epic/Feature/User Story) that guide the Agile software development team.
- Continuously assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories, and epics, to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
- Continuously align with stakeholders on product build progress, delivery estimates and go-to market plan.
- Bring newly built products to market; report on benefits realization and KPI's.
Required education and technical abilities:
- Appropriate master's or bachelor's degree
- PO certification
- English (fluent, verbally and written)
- Dutch is a plus
