CALLING ALL SOCIAL MEDIA ROCKSTARS!!! Are you a results-based creative with a knack for developing engaging content? If so, keep reading! 

Taylor Doolittle, a successful real estate agent in Minneapolis, MN, is looking for a Social Media Manager to serve as a "head of communications". The focus of your day will be to post captivating content, engage with the audience, oversee organic, earned, and paid communications that keep Taylor's name top of mind and a part of his clients' lives in a positive way. 

Our ideal candidate has the ability to brainstorm new marketing ideas, research trending ideas, and execute. You know how to get views organically and never seem to run out of suggestions for content! You are able to work under limited supervision, take the initiative when necessary, and feel a sense of accomplishment when you achieve the desired results. You have superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional etiquette and finesse. You exude positive energy and creativity. 

Experience:

You have 2+ years of social media marketing, database management, and customer service experience with a track record of success building an online following. You know how to track your metrics and can pivot when you recognize your audience is not engaging as you expected. A background in real estate is a bonus, but not required. 

You have exceptional organizational and project management skills. You care about cultivating lasting relationships with clients. You are detail-oriented and diligent with logistics and execution. 

Being proactive rather than reactive is your status quo. You have the ability to quickly learn the culture and mission of a brand and deliver its message on behalf of the owner. Your experience with content creation and well-developed writing skills help you to outshine your competition.

Areas of Focus:


  • Create content for various social media platforms
  • Create automated drip campaigns
  • Develop and maintain the Taylor Doolittle brand
  • Provide a concierge-level of customer service
  • Creatively organize client appreciation events and ideas for client gifts
  • Search for podcast guest, expert opinion, and local guest appearances opportunities

Key Software Proficiency: 


  • Social Media and Marketing Platforms
  • CRM Programs experience

The Details:

Salary: $50-$75k plus bonuses based on KPIs

Benefits: Paid time-off, sick leave, health care monthly stipend

Hours: Full-time, must be willing to work 10 am - 6 pm CST

Location: Remote or Hybrid if you are local, the choice is yours!
