CALLING ALL SOCIAL MEDIA QUARTERBACKS!!!

Are you a skilled storyteller ready to help an agent increase his brand awareness, expand his reach, and achieve a higher level of service that impacts clients in a positive way? Look no further...this is the JOB for YOU! (Seriously, it is.)

Lars Anderson, a successful real estate agent in Minneapolis, MN, is looking for a creative and one-of-a-kind Social Media Manager. The focus of your day will be to find ways to "wow" current and past clients in creative and unexpected ways via social media, client appreciation efforts, and email marketing campaigns. Your goal is to keep Lars' name top of mind by sharing his journey with his followers and to be a part of his clients' lives in a positive way. 

Our ideal candidate is a talented content creator and always thinking of thoughtful ways to engage and interact with your target audience. By continuously engaging with the audience you will continue to develop a community of loyal followers and drive sales. You treat others right even when no one is looking and you appreciate working with a team of like-minded individuals. You have a PASSION for helping others achieve their life goals, and you are also passionate about your own professional and personal growth. You identify as a collaborator and thrive when given the opportunity to create and are a master at executing initiatives. 

Ideal Candidate:

You have 2+ years of social media marketing, database management, and customer service experience with a track record of success building an online following. You know how to track your metrics and can pivot when you recognize your audience is not engaging as you expected. A background in real estate is a bonus, but not required. 

You have exceptional organizational and project management skills. You are detail-oriented and diligent with logistics and execution. You are able to work under limited supervision, taking the initiative when necessary. You have superior communication skills, both verbal and written with exceptional etiquette and finesse. You exude positive energy and creativity. 

You have the ability to quickly learn the culture and mission of a brand and deliver its message on behalf of the owner. Your experience with content creation and well-developed writing skills help you to outshine your competition.

Areas of Focus:


  • Creatively organize client appreciation events and ideas for client gifts
  • Convert social media leads by implementing a smooth capture system
  • Provide a concierge-level of customer service
  • Create content for various social media platforms
  • Create automated drip campaigns
  • Capture Google and Zillow reviews and maintain the pages

Key Software Proficiency: 


  • Social Media and Marketing Platforms
  • CRM Programs experience

The Details:

Salary: $50-$75k depending on experience 

Benefits: Paid time-off, sick leave, health care monthly stipend

Hours: Full-time, must be willing to work 10 am - 6 pm CST

Location: Remote or Hybrid if you are local, the choice is yours!
