Assistant Campaign Marketing Manager - Copywriting
Based in Bristol the rest from home) an Assistant Campaign Manager is required to work on a 6 month contract for a major UK Bank.
Bristol based - Candidates must be willing to attend office once or twice a week when needed
£248 per day
As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you'll use insight & research to understand customers and write in a straightforward and empathetic way using Customer Communications Principles.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering clear, engaging and empathetic communications, utilising the Customer Communications Principles.
- Supporting the facilitation of customer journey based reviews of our comms and recommendations for improvement
- Participating in requirements gathering ensuring their validity, accuracy and impact of emerging requirements feeding back to the project team accordingly
- Managing approvals, feedback and final compliant sign off of all communications using our campaign management system
- Prioritising own workload, demonstrating a high level of personal organisation and use this to deliver quality in an efficient way
Required Skills and Experience:
- A marketing background which includes customer communications content development
- Hands-on experience of applying relevant consumer legislation to communications
- Experience in managing multiple project workstreams concurrently
- Good oral and written communication skills, including adeptness at influencing others
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe skills
- Communication experience gained within the Financial services sector.
- Copywriting experience is a must.
