Job Description:
- Maximise the Design Team's value and impact, by providing hands on tactical support in areas including (but not limited to): Creating environments and sessions that enable effective communication.
- Ensuring effective, human-centric hiring, onboarding and personal development practices.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives for the Customer Design Team that delivering value early and often.
- Awareness of Design Ops practices in the industry.
- Collaborating with Design Ops Managers/Coordinators and ensuring the effective application of our practice principles.
Required skills:
- Experience working in a Design environment
- Familiarity with Agile & Product Management concepts/principles/practices
- Experience working on improvement programs and supporting operational processes
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
Hybrid working - also do have several other generic product manager roles
Must be eligible to work in the UK - no sponsorship available - contract role inside IR35
