Description
Role - Scrum Master
Hours per week - 40 hours
Location - Den Haag (Hybrid)
Max Pay Rate - €75 EUROS
Contract Duration - Until 30th September
Must have:
- HBO work and thinking level
- Extensive experience as a scrum master in larger organizations.
- Mastery of the Scrum Framework but also strong knowledge of various other methods, (eg Scrum, XP, Lean Software Development, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe).
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Experience as a coach and servant leader. You have knowledge of and experience with team dynamics. Coaching experience on individuals, teams and the organization.
- Knowledge of DevOps, organization and processes.
The ideal candidate will have Agile/scrum experience and our clients are looking for someone who can join the current team and be eager to learn and always looking for new ways of doing things, as well as having good communication in Dutch and English, in order to communicate with other team members (speaking, reading and writing).
