Human Resources Business Partner - NHS
£244.87 per day
Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
6 months with potential to extend
To be accountable for the provision of a Strategic Human Resources Service to designated Divisions including providing the Divisional lead Human Resource role in facilitating the effective delivery of health services via the provision of a comprehensive Human Resources service.
Duties:
- The successful delivery of patient (or customer) focused services
- The achievement of business targets, Divisional and Human Resource KPI's
- The implementation of service development strategy
- The management team in determining financial income generation and cost improvement programmes
Requirements:
- NHS experience is a MUST
- Demonstrate a business-focused approach to Human Resource matters
- Developing and delivering management training and presentations
- Development of Human Resource strategies
- People management experience Manipulating and analysing Human Resource data and presenting it as accessible workforce information
- Substantial experience of delivering strategic level advice and guidance to senior managers and Directors
