Service Designer - Financial Services - Contract
Our client, a leading bank, is looking to hire an experienced Service Designer to join their digital transformation programme and vibrant UX community. Offering very flexible hybrid working patterns, this role will play a key part in the future of their online presence.
Duties will include:
- Analysis and understanding of customer requirements.
- Streamlining existing services and making them more customer-centric.
- Liaising with stakeholders at all levels, helping to implement strategies behind design goals and seeing them through to delivery.
- Working in a collaborative manner to help guide and shape the direction of change.
Based in London, this position offers hybrid working options.
