My client, a Central Government department seek a Test Manager to support a large Oracle Cloud implementation. The Test manager will lead a team of Oracle Cloud test specialists tasked with planning, preparing, executing and reporting of regression tests, both manual and automated, for a recent implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP/EPM being extended to accommodate an extended user population with enhanced configuration.
The test manager will support the Test Delivery Manager in the production of daily status reports, end of test stage reports and test run reports and contribute to definition of entry and exit acceptance criteria.
Mandatory experience
- Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/EPM experience (3 years plus)
- Solid test management skills preferably (with ISEB/ISTQB qualifications)
- Strong functional skills with over 3 years' experience working with Oracle ERP/HCM/EPM
- Proven functional testing expertise with several of the following Oracle modules:
- Demonstrable knowledge of modern test standards and best practices
- Quality focus, driven to deliver a working product
- Evidenced ability to deliver high quality and accurate deliverables and testing collateral
