Blue chip client is urgently looking for a Target Operating Model (TOM) Project Manager/Transformation Lead/Strategic Advisor - Stockholm - Swedish speaking.
Location: Stockholm, Sweden.
Language: Knowledge of Swedish (oral and written) required. Needed to be able to work fluently with all stakeholders and specialists.
Specification of the Service's content and scope and possible Results: - Consultant will develop a Target Operating Model for management and further development of New Risk (IDIT Core, FDS, ACE and Sapiens Intelligence) and covers the following IT sections; IT, DKD and I&O. The Target Operating Model shall also contain how interfaces with Sapiens and other suppliers as well as internal operations shall function.
To be successful, the consultant needs to have solid experience of Target Operating Model projects as a project manager or transformation lead or experience of other transformative initiatives based on evaluations from the current situation to the target image. Knowledge of IT architecture, agile working methods and ITIL frameworks is necessary as well as an understanding of how IT Operations works. Knowledge of container and cloud-based infrastructure is an advantage. The consultant must be able to lead work independently and give best practice recommendations.
