Description
Leading Digital Transformation consultancy client seeks experienced Workday Configuration Analyst to work alongside the existing people systems project team; implementing Workday and documenting business requirements.
Experience
- Completing required application training, learning and effectively using new technologies
- Working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Paying attention to detail
- Solving both business and technical problems
- Problem solving, troubleshooting and analysing
- Prioritising workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution
- Managing sensitive matters whilst ensuring all client information remains confidential to the business
- Developing effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience delivering solutions with 3rd parties
- Experience of working with cloud-based systems
- It experience in the HR, retail or finance sector
- Retail or HR information systems experience preferred
- Workday experience or similar HCM experience or training preferred
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months rolling
Rate: £500 - £550 per day
