Job Title: Oracle Cloud ERP Delivery Manager

Reporting to the Oracle Service Delivery Lead, the ERP Delivery Manager is part of the Leadership Team within the ERP service team and is responsible for delivering high quality solutions through managing people, internal support resources and external 3rd party suppliers and providing professional expertise. The ERP Delivery Manager is responsible for a team of administrators and technical staff who are responsible for providing ERP administration, technical support, and guidance to the UK business.
The focus of the role is to work with the ERP Team to track and improve service performance. They will be a key contact for customer escalation; link on resolution of major incidents; and on investigation and resolution of recurring problems from root cause analysis through to fix.
The role is focused on managing the performance of the ERP Service Delivery and ensuring that the compliance and governance processes are understood and followed. The role holder will be expected to analyse performance data, provide insight, identify service delivery performance issues and proactively ensure that these are resolved. They will build and maintain the key relationship with the business and shared services ensuring that the service is maintained and agree any system outages required for support activities.
