3. REPONSIBILITES
- Develop clear and considered user stories from business requirements
- Help the business clarify their needs in a way that makes sense for technical development
- Ensure a high level of quality in delivered user stories
- Strive to provide standardized analysis so that you contribute to a voice of technical design which is recognized and understood across your documentation
- Validate deliverables against expectations to ensure a high-quality standard of delivery
- Continuously promote and champion cross-departmental communication meeting the needs of both more and less technical perspectives
- Deliver reports confirming acceptance based on set expectations
- Strive to improve and standardize language in input and output documents critical to design and delivery
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge and experience:
1. Training
- Functional analysis
- Datamodelling (desirable)
- Knowledge of Project Management tools, Jira, MS Project, Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of IPC applications and databases (desirable)
- Knowledge of Oracle database (SQL, PL/SQL)
2. Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Functional analyst
- 2-5 years postal industry knowledge (desirable)
- Experience in Agile Environment
- Understand technical Front End architecture and frameworks (JavaScript)
- Knowledge of MVC design pattern (desirable)
- Technical background in Java, web development
3. Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computing or proven experience
4. Skills
- Good understanding of Postal, logistics and eCommerce processes (desirable)
- Strong functional analysis skills,
- Strong presentation and communication skills, present technical solution to non-technical audiences
- Customer awareness and focus
- Team player
- Excellent spoken/written English
