ServiceNow Consultant Needed
A leading UK telecoms business, currently servicing some the UK's biggest corporations is looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant to join their workforce and be a part of an exciting project.
What's the role?
This is a contracted role for an 18-month long project. You will be leading the end-to-end process of rebuilding the service capability systems and migration across domains. You will be assessing the current service infrastructure to provide solutions for better efficiency and improvements.
Key Skills/Background
- A deep understanding of ServiceNow domain separation strategy, implementation, and best practices with demonstrable hands-on experience across various assignments.
- Hands on experience with Integrations, eBonding and understanding of integration hub and hands on experiences with ServiceNow integrations (OOTB, Custom) with third party applications
- Good experience in CSM/ITSM and ITOM modules of ServiceNow
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate roll-out of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow
- Good experience in Agile way of working (Scrum, User Story, Sprint model), JIRA & Confluence tools
- Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirements
- Candidate should possess Good Communication & Client- interfacing skills. They should have cross-cultural working experience and should be able to work with multinational clients independently
- Prior experience working within the telecom industry would be nice but not essential
