I am recruiting for an SC Cleared Oracle Finance Business Change Manager to work on a hybrid basis - 2 days in either London or Milton Keynes, 3 days remote.
ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE IS ESSENTIAL.
You will be responsible for advising on and delivering appropriate change activity for a major department implementing a new ERP system while undergoing post-merger transformation.
You will also have experience of developing products for Business Change: including scripts and behaviour products linked to developed personas & user journeys.
Recent experience with Oracle ERPs is essential.
You must have prior experience of managing change (preferably in an international context).
Strong oral and written communication skills including presentation experience.
You will have a proven record of strong stakeholder engagement, at all levels of an organisation.
