Payroll Manager

Duration: until November 2022

Location: 100% remote in the UK

Do you have at least 10 years of experience within payroll and experience managing a team?

Sentinel is working with global consultancy looking for a Payroll Manager to join client in the UK.

Responsibilities:

As Payroll Manager you would be:

- Managing the payroll team.

- Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of payroll.

- Developing and implementing procedures and policies within payroll and timekeeping.

- Managing vendors and payroll technology.

- Responsible for labour distribution records, vacation and sick leave accrual, overtime and withholding status.

- Maintaining compliance with local, state and federal regulations for payroll taxes, withholding and employer contributions.

- Proving payroll reporting.

- Supporting finance with account reconciliation.
