Our client, a global giant in retail is looking for a member to join their team and assist them in enabling the infrastructure and technical engineering organization to bring its products and applications to life. Your job will be to work on scheduling, coordination, and execution of releases and projects in the company!
The ideal candidate will have senior experience in release management, business process improvement, or project/program management. You should have strong communication and delivery skills as you will be required to translate technical ideas into a business language in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple competing priorities. Understanding of release management process, both agile and ITIL will be very valuable to the ideal candidate as well.
Skills that will be a bonus for the sought-after Release Coordinator will be experienced with ServiceNow, Box, MS Office Suite, Jira, and Confluence.
With this, the team fully understands the modern working conditions and is happy to accommodate an onsite/remote hybrid model. Your initial contract will be 6 months - with the option to extend.
