Infrastructure Project Manager (Fluent Spanish) -.Outside IR35*
Exciting global project on a global programme.
The Responsibilities will Include:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation according to Bank's PMO guidelines
Key Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish
- Willingness to work with colleagues in South America and sometimes adjust your working day (times).
- Proven track record in successfully implementing IT related projects to demanding timescales as well as demonstrable experience in the IT project life cycle principles and requirements analysis and definition.
- Specific and demonstrable of experience of datacentre infrastructure technology refresh/relocation, IT organisation consolidation and OS/application migrations
- Experience in creation of Project initiation and other project related documentation
- Awareness of current trends in Information Technology.
- Proven ability in relationship building with influencing skills within a business and IT environment
- Experience in budget management. Ability to prioritise and react to changing demands with a practical and logical approach to business problems and issues.
- Experience in senior Stakeholder management skills
