If yes, read below! We have a hybrid role - combination on-site in Amsterdam's office and work from home.

We are looking for an energetic Senior Project Manager* to join the Finance team and support

the Company annual planning process on a 6-month full-time basis as a secondment.

Candidates would need to agree the secondment with their manager, and ideally be able to start

in May or early June 2022. The position offers candidates several development opportunities,

such as testing and building their core program manager skills, being at the centre of the

company's planning process, and engagement with senior leaders.

Q2

- Help design next level of detail in process based on high level already figure out e.g.

- Nail down specific dates for inputs/outputs

- Help resolve areas of unclarity (e.g. operational planning approach)

- Help comms team + core team to figure out clear comms plan for entire year

- Ensure comms plan etc. are aligned across depts

- Make sure that next level of detail in the planning process is accurately planned out and

well understood/aligned across all key stakeholders

- Help ensure all the main financial/strategic planning templates are designed, iterated &

shared well ahead of time

- Help make sure the 4 major workstreams running up to LT day are well thought through

with clear timelines to deliver (Strategic, Financial, Workforce, Ownership)

- Help the coordination of materials for LT day

- Ensure all depts PMOs / LT folks / coordinators etc. are well up to speed on the process

& clear on the dates and timelines

Department planning phase (Q3)

- Help ensure good & timely communications of key outputs from LT Day in July -

financial, strategic workforce etc

- Make sure the comms are clear, accurate, timely through the process

- Ensuring depts are on track

- Managing weekly PMO annual planning cross-dept meetings if / when needed

- If needed helping smooth cross dept communications - e.g. helping ensure all

depts share their emerging strategies & priorities regularly and clearly

- Help ensure the departments are all clear on their due dates, deliverables & templates,

including running / organising any training that is needed in any of the

sheets/templates/tools (e.g. Jira Align IF we end up going down that route)

- Create/manage the relevant Google folders / distribution lists and access

- Following up regularly with the PMO community to timely understand and

manage potential challenges

- Ensure that the departments deliver good quality & timely submissions in the agreed

Google Drives / templates.

- Coordinate with strategy to ensure objectives are of good quality - SMART, not

overly packed with too many items etc.

- Flag areas of misalignment or change

- Help make sure the 4 major workstreams running up to LTs day are well thought through

with clear timelines delivered (Strategic, Financial, Workforce, Operational)

- Dependency tracking & reporting:

- Ensuring cross-dept conversations are happening

- Ensuring major dependencies are being discussed & flagging those that are not

- Keeping track of major cross-departmental dependencies

- Help the coordination of materials for LTs day

- Ensure all depts PMOs / LT folks / coordinators etc. are well up to speed on the process

& clear on the dates and timelines

Detailed budget phase (Q4)

- Help the coordination of materials for LT reviews of Oct 28/29

- Help the coordination of the departmental Planning packs
