Concept Resourcing are looking for 3x Talent Managers to join a Central Government client based in London/Bristol OR Manchester.
This is an initial 6 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between £ per day, depending on experience.
Role:
- To deliver fit for purpose cross government DDaT talent schemes.
- Programme management - oversee the day-to-day management of DDaT talent schemes
- Stakeholder management and communications
- L&D - supporting the identification and delivery of suitable scheme L&D
- Evaluation - administer evaluation products to assess scheme feedback to ensure continual scheme improvement and the delivery of quality services.
- Events Management experience
- Competent in Excel
- Early talent strategy experience ie how to grow the number of graduates and apprentices taken on by organisations.
- Administration - inbox management, document production and management, attend team meetings, keep minutes
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
- Project management experience (including working to deadlines, managing multiple priorities, effective communication, maintenance of key project documentation
- Be a strong and proactive communicator able to manage large amounts of complex information
- Confident using data to evaluate impact and inform decision making.
- The ability to deliver and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment with a changing landscape
- A background in HR, ideally experience of developing and implementing talent development programmes and/or talent management strategies.
- Experience developing and implementing talent development programmes and/or talent management strategies and/or specifically around technical and digital careers.
- Events Management experience
- Competent in Excel
- Early talent strategy experience ie how to grow the number of graduates and apprentices taken on by organisations.
- Previous public sector or/and government experience would be desirable.
