Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced ServiceNow SME to work with a key client
Job Description:
An individual with exposure in working on Domain Separated instance, understand and can implement best practices in such environment. Must be able to demonstrate a thorough hands-on experience with integration hub, eBonding. Should have a proven track record of migrations across instances. Deep understanding of either of ITSM, CSM (Customer Service Management), ITOM (IT Operations Management). An exposure to Telecom domain is desirable but not mandatory. Key ServiceNow Certifications are mandatory.
Essential skills
* A deep understanding of ServiceNow domain separation strategy, implementation, and best practices with demonstrable hands-on experience across various assignments.
* Hands on experience with Integrations, eBonding and understanding of integration hub and hands on experiences with ServiceNow integrations (OOTB, Custom) with third party applications
* Good experience in CSM/ITSM and ITOM modules of ServiceNow
* Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow
* Good experience in Agile way of working (Scrum, User Story, Sprint model), JIRA & Confluence tools
* Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirements
* Candidate should possess Good Communication & Client- interfacing skills. He/she should have cross-cultural working experience and should be able to work with multinational clients independently
