Description

A global bank is embarking on a HR Transformation and require a Oracle HR Workforce Administration Process Owner to join the team on a contract basis.

You would be responsible for the support, design & delivery of one or more of HR's services on a global scale. Services include joiners, movers, leavers, employee screening, Organisation and Position management, Payroll, Employee benefits, Pensions, Compensation management, HR data governance, HR analytics and reporting, International Mobility, HR supplier management.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Contribute to the definition of the services strategy and priority objectives
  • To provide deep subject matter knowledge, experience and expertise in an HR service area to ensure the smooth running of that service
  • To respond to employees and managers queries and requests
  • Support the review of policy, processes and systems used to deliver the service to ensure their compliance with legislation and regulation
  • Contribute to projects that involve changes to the service (processes, systems and model/structure) to continuously improve them
  • Carry out tasks that support the delivery of the HR technology strategy and roadmap globally.
  • Work on HR project workstreams on Business change programmes
  • Applies excellent judgement to deliver outcomes, evaluating a range of potential solutions, considering the impact for HR's customers, cost and risk
  • Partner with the business (employees and managers) to drive adoption and compliance with the service procedures
  • Contribute to forward scanning of the business, regulatory and legislative environment and proactively respond to legislation and regulation to ensure the service is compliant and take advantage of the opportunities it provides
  • Carrying out processes, procedure and tractions as per manuals, training and systems workflow
  • Dealing with more complex request and transactions especially when they are non-standard, or exceptions to policy and process
  • Undertaking appropriate controls to ensure the quality and accuracy of the transaction - quality assure HR administrators work

Requirements of the role:

  • Subject Matter Expert in the policy, processes, systems and providers that support the services HR Services delivers
  • Experience using Oracle Workforce Administration tools
  • Strong customer services focus
  • Good project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time, to budget and the right quality levels
  • Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong interpersonal empathetic and listening skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Details of the role:

  • £ inside IR35
  • London based with hybrid working
  • 6 months contract with very strong possibility of extension
