Alexander Ash are currently working with a global financial organisation who are looking for a Tableau Developer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for any Tableau Developer who is dedicated and will seek to identify improvements and efficiencies, while utilising new technologies and existing tools as the organisation takes on one of it's biggest bodies of work.
Skill Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be a Tableau Certified Professional with at least 3 years' experience consulting on Tableau technical matters, implementing dashboards or full Business Intelligence solutions
- Understanding of how good data management should be set up to enable optimal data visualisations.
- Proven track record across the entire MI development cycle from initial requirements gathering, proof of concept, through testing to go-live.
- Experience preparing, transforming, cleansing, and analysing data.
Responsibilities
- Translating business requirements into data visualisation tools using Tableau, by following best practices to present visual information.
- Developing and implementing new features and functions for existing automated MI dashboards, as well as, challenging existing reports by identifying new automated solutions.
- Understanding platform integration points to create automated connections to existing source systems.
- Developing clear and concise documentation to make projects and outputs transparent, understandable and reproducible.
