Description

Lorien Global are looking to recruit a temporary Recruitment Coordinator/Administrator on a rolling contract to work within the recruitment administration team based in their Telford office.

Please note that this is an urgent requirement so little/no notice period is essential. The role is a hybrid working model so the candidate will need to be able to work from the office in Telford 1-2 days per week.

Working within the Recruitment Administration Team, you will be the point of call for all recruitment-related queries. You will have excellent communication skills at all levels and high attention to detail. You will be working to tight deadlines and liaising with an array of stakeholders varying in seniority. You will be high-motivated and have an excellent eye for detail. You will be a team player who is customer-focused and able to work on various projects simultaneously and have a good sense of urgency.

Duties include:

  • Logging vacancies on various recruitment systems
  • Checking approval lines to ensure the correct paperwork has been filed
  • Uploading candidate applications to CRM system
  • General data entry
  • Processing job offers
  • Processing contract extensions
  • Managing the shared mailbox
  • Investigating queries and resolving discrepancies

Person Specification:

  • Education - Standard Grade/GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Languages - English
  • Able to use various Microsoft packages such as Excel
  • Excellent standards of communication at all levels
  • Impeccable eye for detail
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team
  • Previous administration experience is preferred
