Lorien's leading banking client is looking for Data remediation & Client onboarding Administrator's to join them on a 6 month initial contract.
Role and responsibilities:
- Analysis, remediation and population of client and product data
- Process and maintain accurate system records
- Liaise with colleagues across Operations and Client Facing using all communication methods
- Analysis of internal and external queries
- Participate in own team and wider team meetings
- Remediate data issues in a structured and timely manner
- Ensure that data quality standards are being adhered to in accordance with company benchmark
Core skills and knowledge:
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail having the ability to analyse large quantities of a variety of data extracted from administration system
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Flexible and adaptable
- Good organisational skills
- Accept and act upon constructive feedback
- Ability to build relationships
- Microsoft Office knowledge especially Excel
- Opening new matters and clients onboarding tasks
- Conducting Conflicts checks and AML checks including sanctions and PEP
- Carrying out CDD checks
- Communicating requirements for sanctions and conflicts checks
- Analysing client information and client/matter risk assessments, escalating where needed
