Description

Change Lead - S4 Hana - 12 month contract - £1275 per day inside IR35 - the programme team are based all around the world. They get together 2 or 3 times a month, mainly in London, but sometimes other places so you will need to be flexible for this, otherwise its remote.

This project is a once in a generation opportunity to reimagine the future of this client, forge the path for the next 15 years and beyond and leapfrog the competition. They will revolutionise the backbone of their business operations across all functional areas of their global business by re-designing their core processes, re-imagining core systems and leveraging best-in-class technology. They seek a Change Lead, a senior practitioner in Change Management with excellent leadership capabilities to deliver this programme in a fast-paced environment.

You will have a strong grasp of change programmes enabled by SAP and business capabilities, creating the bridge between business capability today and the change effort required to reach the business goals in the S4 SAP environment.

You will have responsibility for designing & implementing an engaging & inspiring global Change strategy across functions, regions and markets that results in high adoption and embedment.
The role will lead a significant change, comms and training team.
This role will lead the Change tower, working with all functions to define the approach & roll out, partnering with the Programme Director and external consultants to deliver a successful global transformation.
Fundamental to the success of the project is an understanding of the impact to the business of the transformation. This role ensures this is accurately and deeply understood.

Skills
Change leadership: 10-12+ years' experience of leading change functions in complex global Matrix organisations (FMCG or similar dynamic environment)
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, builds effective networks across functions and markets with proven ability to impact & influence.
Strong experience in business transformation process re-engineering and systems implementations (SAP)
World class in communication and change strategy, adapts communications and approach for the intended audience (complexity, detail, altitude).
