Service Design & Transition Manager/ITIL, MS Office, Agile
My client has an exciting opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic individual with experience in Service management and experience of successful Service Design & Transition!
Responsibilities Include:
- To support new services being rolled out
- Able to lead large teams on a number of services being transitioned
Skills Required:
- Stakeholder management
- Service Design
- ITIL V3 (& Preferably ITIL Service Design & ITIL Service Management)
- Agile, Confluence/Jira, MS Office
