An exciting new contract opportunity with a small consultancy firm that secured a SOW with a global IT company, specialising in global business and IT infrastructure services.
Our client is looking for talented Security Cleared Scrum Masters with a strong technical background. The successful candidate will be a key member within a dynamic team, which works on secure projects for government/public sector customers.
Day to day duties may include:
* Ownership and accountability of establishing agile values, methods, principles and practices for the delivery of projects and products.
* Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
* Building and leading of a self-organising team that works productively in order to deliver the agreed products.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies
Essential Skills:
- Experience in a similar role as a Scrum Master, ideally with a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- Current and Relevant SC Clearance
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience working with Product Owners and development teams
- The ability to guide and coach Scrum teams on how to use best Agile & Scrum practises
- The ability to drive the Agile execution of the project
- The drive to sustain continued improvement
- Ability to assist with internal and external communication
- Develop a high performing team
- Implement new & efficient ways of working
- Agile Delivery and Methodologies
- Knowledge of Cloud or enterprise content management
