O365 Communications Analyst

Up to £375 p/d inside IR35

Initial 6 months

Home-based

We are working with a well-known global Software Provider who are looking for a Communications Support Analyst to work on a large O365 implementation programme.

Reporting to the Global Comms & Change Manager, the O365 Communications Support Analyst will:

  • Draft and deliver BAU communications for IT such as IT Updates, Cyber Aware
    Notifications, Planned Maintenance Notifications and Major Incident Alerts
  • Develop and execute communication plans and tailored campaigns for IT projects
    and programmes
  • Maximise the use of all available communication channels to increase readership
    and visibility of key IT messages
  • Produce creative IT communication content eg Newsletters, PowerPoint slides, help
    guides, training sessions, demos and promotional videos, best practice quick tips,
    infographics, and posters, for targeted business engagement
  • Manage event logistics, delivery schedules and post-event engagement analytics for
    executive briefing calls, roadshows and virtual training
  • Keep abreast of new innovative IT tools and capabilities in the company and make recommendations on how they can be used to improve internal communications and collaboration.
  • Provide coaching to members of the IC team on new and existing tools and applications to ensure they can use them effectively on their own.
  • Own the IC Teams Site and work with IC colleagues across the company to ensure it is relevant and up to date.

To be considered for this role you MUST have:

  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Comms Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of the O365 suite: SharePoint, Yammer, OneDrive, Teams etc
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
