One of our clients is looking for an Business Process Analyst for a 12 months in Antwerpen. Day rate is negotiable.

We are looking for a business process analyst to support the Process Architect in documenting the company's processes and coach process owners in managing their processes.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing process change together with the process owners (support in creating training documents & communication material).
- Leading process (re)design workshops.
- Document business processes in the modelling tool.
- Coaching process owners in managing and operating business processes.
- Facilitating process workshops that involve clarifying process requirements and liaising with process participants for continuous improvements.
- Applying their knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN 2.0) to documenting processes.
- Create Process Performance Indicator reports (dashboards) with process owners.
Knowledge of process modelling tools is a plus.
