CRM Lead/Manager

Whitehall Resources are looking for a CRM Lead/Manager. This role is based in Reading, going into the office 3 days a week, with the rest of the week from home.

The candidate must use an FCSA accredited Umbrella company for this role.

Job Spec:

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overall delivery plan
- Coordinate activity across the workstream leads
- Create and manage a RAID log (Risks/Actions/Issues and dependencies) and ensure actions are in place to manage any risks/issues
- Develop detailed project plans required to enable successful tracking of all associated tasks with this programme
- Support the workstream leads with the selection of resources needed for the programme
- Manage the working groups and provide updates for key stakeholders up to Steerco
- Work closely with the Global Sales Enablement Director and Finance to manage and track costs against budget, and meet the demands of the reporting cycle including timely status updates, and compliance with the client's timings for information and updates to key milestones
- In conjunction with the workstream leads, provide visibility of the progress of the programme to wider stakeholders and ensure alignment across the programme
- Work with the Process and Change Workstream Lead who owns the who owns the process business requirements, market deployment and change/comms plan, to ensure changes are highlighted early and included in the change management plan with any impacts understood and not overlooked
- Work with the Technology and Data Workstream Lead, who owns the data management and roll out of the Dynamics capability, to ensure the business requirements are considered and that any impacts are understood and managed carefully. This includes ensuring a robust and 'user engaged' user acceptance testing programme is in place with clear go-/no-go criteria established for any new processes and technology enhancements that need to be implemented
- Create clear governance for sign off of any changes or variations to the CRM Global Template and any integration work with other systems or broader technology/reporting that is not immediately in scope of the programme. The implementation roadmap should account for these additional project dependencies to ensure awareness and subsequent management of any risks/issues that arise.

Must have:
- Track record in delivering global projects/programmes with a CRM focus
- Confident with 'technology speak' having worked with or within the IT organisation sufficient to converse successfully with the Tech and Data Workstream Lead and IT Lead
- Competent in data sufficient to engage with Tech and Data Workstream Lead and Global Data and Insights Director
- Hands on approach to developing cohesive plans and coordinating efforts across the programme team
- Experience of leading and influencing change at all levels
- Previously implemented change management and adoption of new processes and technology
- Ability to engage cross functionally and excellent interpersonal skills to influence at all levels
- Experience of working with delivery partners and consultants to shape and deliver specific initiatives
- Strong team player that helps to create a working environment that builds trust and delivers best practice with a strong team 'well-being' ethic
- Highly organized approach to work that reflects a focused and simplified approach to prioritisation
- Strong cultural awareness/sensitivity

Desirable:
- Previous experience of implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Lean methodology evidenced with previous assignments where this was used to deliver the project
- Inspiring, energetic, and driven
- Strong presentation skills to achieve buy-in to processes from stakeholders at all levels
- A desire to drive change and simplification
- Ability to deal with ambiguity/complexity and be able to work with limited guidance
- Previous experience of working in a global organisation
- Spanish
