ServiceNow Specialist-CTC,SC or NPPV2 Required-Inside IR35

* The ServiceNow Specialist will maintain the stability and usability of the ServiceNow platform by performing application maintenance, managing support for incidents related to ServiceNow applications
* Contributing to ServiceNow software releases by delivering configuration tasks and features and supporting MPS upgrades
* The ServiceNow Specialist will have sound technical ability that enables the fulfilment of common configuration and maintenance tasks
* Maximise the use of the tooling, identifying areas for improvement and implementing those changes
* Maintain license usage, provide visibility and escalate variances

Main Duties

* Perform Level 1 and 1.5 Support to the ServiceNow Platform to maintain it's availability.
* Manage the pipeline and prioritisation of minor enhancements to the ServiceNow Platform to ensure critical improvements to colleague experience are delivered.
* Configure alerts and notifications for the core ITSM Platform.
* Monitor the health, usage and overall compliance of the ServiceNow application to ensure it is available and operating effectively.
* Monitor and manage the status of the integration of applications and other toolsets, escalating to the Level 2 support when required.
* As tasked create and manage service reporting as directed and requested to ensure accurate service reporting and analysis can take place on the Eco-System.
* Manage the upgrade and support the project team in performing the required tasks to ensure the upgrades to the ServiceNow platform is performed in a timely and cost contained manner.
* Maintain and update Service Design Documents and associated documentation regarding the "As-Is" picture of the ServiceNow Platform.
* Liaise and work closely with Project Teams acting as the Technical Integration SME for the ServiceNow Platform ensuring that Non-functional requirements are met to ensure a seamless integration between the project deliverables and the ServiceNow Platform accordingly.
* Ensure the IT Service Continuity technical recovery action plans are maintained and exercised accordingly on a regular basis.
